Hub & Spoke Lounge in Public Area at Singapore Changi Airport

Awesome place for a quick meal and freshening up. Service by the staff could be improved. Although they were helpful but they seemed very robotic and uninterested in their jobs. They were heard talking loudly in the presence of customers. Very unprofessional behavior. The shower rooms and lockers were in great condition. The cafe was comfy and provided a good escape from the terminal.

This is the perfect place to freshen up after long hours of flight. They open around 7:30am, they provide soap and shampoo, and they offer 20% for their customers in the cafe. The spacious showers are equipped with plush towels, making it easy to unwind and rejuvenate. After a refreshing wash, travelers can enjoy a selection of freshly brewed coffee and pastries, all while soaking in the serene atmosphere. Additionally, the friendly staff is always on hand to assist with any requests, ensuring a pleasant experience for all. With comfortable seating areas and free Wi-Fi, it's an ideal spot to relax before continuing on your journey.

fussy free and convenience service. nice and clean toilet and shower facilities. good quality 1 time use cotton big towel perfect for my long hair. about 10-15 min slow walk(pushing my 7 kg hand carry luggage) from t2 arrival hall to hub and spoke( sheltered walkway pass through car park), good for quick refreshing shower after long flight. a nice cafe beside the shower facility to warm your stomach

The overall CP value is high and the toilet is very clean. I also had additional meals, and I happened to order a meal for 10 SGD (I just had to pay him 90 cents later). The location is not easy to find, you need to look for it in advance, it's at the very edge of T2 (you will have to walk outside). I'll attach photos, if anyone needs it, you can look at the pictures to find it, it may be faster (hope it helps), because the icon will completely disappear halfway, and then there may be different roads to choose from, which makes me super confused!

Nice experience to refresh after a long travel and also the food is great as well as the crews they are very nice!

the area is very clean, all the necessities are provided. it’s really generous that singapore has this kind of comfort place.

The venue was a bit far from the airport but still a walking distance. It is complete with lockers and even blow dryers as well

It was a good place to take a bathe before flying. There are lockers to put baggage. Shampoo and body wash are inside the toilet. Area are clean. 1 thing I do not like about is the water heater. Warm water will start to turn cold after a long bathe.

So I wrote a short paragraph to express my gratitude and respect to the sellers who I think deserve my five-star praise! The product is very cost-effective. I always try it before evaluating it. Although it may not be the best, it is definitely the best in the same price range.
