The lounge was well equipped with shower rooms and massages chairs. Food selection is just right with not so much variety. But they are all delicious. The rest area was very cosy and comfortable. They even private resting desk for those who want to left alone.

SATS Premier Lounge at Changi Airport is highly recommended, especially if you have a long layover. The buffet has a lot of selections, they have comfy lounges and a shower for a quick refresher. The staffs are also kind and respectful. I will book it again next time.

This is the first time I've ever stayed in an airport lounge and what an incredible experience it had been. There are free flowing food and drinks, massage chairs, free WiFi, power outlets, comfortable chairs, and shower areas. I enjoyed it so much it didn't feel like I waited there for three hours. I would definitely recommend booking this if you ever need to stay a a bit long at Changi Airport.

Perfect way to refresh and relax before your flight! A peaceful and comfortable lounge with screens displaying flight timetables, a gebourous buffet of meals, snacks, and beverages. Plus use their showers and bathrooms to freshen up.

We booked the 9pm schedule in advance but weren’t able to go in as they were serving the premier flyers of certain airlines, waited for quite awhile. The area was spacious, food choices is good but not bad, got to try the massage chairs and parents were so happy! Highly recommend this if you are taking a red eye flight. The voucher was easy to redeem and the staff were polite and helpful. The shower was a good size but I did not use. A little footnote, it might help to do more regular checks of the rubbish bin in the ladies room at peak hour. The choice of food and drinks was decent for a price tag of ~SGD50. The lounge seating area could do with some upgrade to the sofa and lounge chairs as some have lost their spring 😉

The shower room is spacious and clean. I came around 10pm, but there was a cleaning staff and no one was there, so I got a towel at the desk and showered right away. The seat was nice, it was spacious and there were quite a lot of seats, and luckily there was a good seat in the back, so I rested comfortably. The number of people increases as it gets closer to 12:00, so I recommend stopping by the duty-free shop and then going quickly. It doesn't matter if you go earlier than the reservation time, but the desk said that you have to leave after 3 hours.
