The hotel's high-altitude views are superb! We stayed in a family room, which was clean, spacious, and featured a bathtub, a separate wet and dry area, and even a mini walk-in closet! We requested birthday decorations when booking, and everything was ready for us at check-in. The complimentary cake was delicious! Breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, offering both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as desserts like black sesame soup and freshly squeezed juices! Enjoying breakfast from a window seat on the 46th floor was a delightful experience. However, you need to wake up early to eat, as there's a queue if you go later.

This Shenzhen five-star hotel boasts a luxurious and stylish design. Check-in is located on the 42nd floor, with rooms situated on floors 30-40, offering exceptional views. The buffet dinner features premium ingredients, including Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, abalone, and hairy crab. The breakfast selection is decent, but it can get very crowded, especially on Sundays. Arriving at 9 AM meant waiting in a line of over 10 people, so it's best to arrive a bit earlier. Overall, highly recommended!

The quality of Crowne Plaza hotels is generally good, and this one is relatively new. The room design and comfort are decent, but the maintenance is just average. You can see signs of wear and tear on areas like the sink. The bathtub is quite spacious, but the drain plug was broken, so water would drain out as it was filling up. The pillows are cotton and not very comfortable; it would be better if guests could choose between high/low pillows or memory foam pillows! However, the worst part was arguably the dinner and breakfast! Both dinner and breakfast featured only low-cost ingredients. Even with such inexpensive ingredients (like turnip cake), they were only served during the first round and not replenished afterward. The most expensive item at dinner was the oysters, and only one woman was working hard to shuck them all evening, so it was very slow. The quality of the oysters was also disappointing: they were small and salty! As for the foie gras, each person was given only one piece, which felt very stingy! It even stated that a single piece ordered à la carte would cost ¥68! (Even all-you-can-eat buffets like those in Zhoushan allow unlimited servings!) The variety of food was very limited, and the desserts were also poor, like those $2 mini cakes you find at street stalls. Furthermore, when the restaurant staff passed by empty-handed, they wouldn't clear finished dishes from guests' tables, showing a complete lack of service! Overall, only the room and the lobby staff's service attitude were good. If you're just staying overnight, it's okay. But for a package that includes breakfast and dinner (considering the food and service quality), the value for money is extremely low.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway exit and has a comfortable environment. However, the dinner and breakfast options are limited. Overall, it's decent, but I would only consider staying again if there's a special offer. The infinity pool is generally comfortable.

I will definitely stay here again!

Close to the subway station, easy to get a Didi (ride-hailing), upscale environment, clean and open views, first-class breakfast and dinner.

The hotel has a beautiful and clean environment, wide sight lines, rich buffets, and courteous waiters. If the child wants to eat spaghetti, the hotel will make special arrangements.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. However, despite having the "Do Not Disturb" light on, staff still entered to drop off items. The hotel should pay more attention to this. The seafood at the dinner buffet was not fresh, and the water was murky, which detracts from the hotel's quality. We arrived at 7:45 PM, but many dishes were already gone. Fortunately, the manager helped by offering dishes made to order. If the buffet ends at 9 PM, there shouldn't be a lack of food as early as 8 PM – this is unacceptable for a hotel buffet service! In contrast, the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, much more abundant and to our taste than other hotel breakfast buffets in Shenzhen.

The buffet dinner is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the food is average, and the seafood replenishment is slow. Crab legs only appeared once, and by 7:00 PM there was only a small amount of seafood left. Red and white wine are free to drink. There are grilled oysters, grilled lamb, grilled eel, and hairy crabs. The desserts are not attractive and the taste is average.
