An utter disappointment and a scam. We specially travelled all the way down from Seville to Cordoba to attend the tour. However, NO tour guide appeared despite us waiting at the assigned area (Main Gate under the Flags) under the heavy rain from 11:45AM to 12:20PM. The tour was scheduled at 12:00PM. We spoke to the Experience Specialist from Klook but receive no reply / refund / compensation (i.e., for the tour and for the train tickets we bought specially to travel down to Cordoba). We will be lodging a complaint case with Singapore CASE when we return to Singapore.

It’s so bad that I couldn’t get in after I bought the ticket. What kind of bad ticket booking website is this? It’s so bad that I definitely don’t recommend it. If you buy it, it doesn’t clearly indicate how to get in. You might as well go to the website and buy it yourself. The ticket salesperson said it later. It doesn't matter, I just went in. Anyway, I don't recommend it. I don't even want to give it one star.
