  • No. 8 typhoon signal, black rainstorm warning or other weather causes the vehicle to be unable to drive safely, and the operator has the right to cease the operation in response to various special circumstances at its discretion. You will be required to pay an additional fee if transfer service is still required after the consent from the driver
  • Passengers shall bear the loss themselves if their luggage such as fragile items and valuables is lost or damaged during the transfer. However, if the luggage is lost or damaged due to the negligence of the operator's staff. The operator's maximum compensation limit for specific cases is CNY300
