Coach Transfers between Christchurch and Mount Cook Day Tour

It is one of the most convenient way travelling from Christchurch to Mount cook. The coach is comfortable, just suggestion to cut the time at the first resting spot then we can have more time to spend in lake tekapo

It was a great experience. The driver told us stories about each place, but he looked tired and his voice was a bit soft.

We did not receive any emails or messages prior to the tour, and no pick-up details were provided in advance. When we called the day before, we were instructed to be at Colombo Street by 7:05 AM. We arrived early at 6:40 AM, but no one showed up. We never received any confirmation, updates, or communication from the company. As a result, we had no choice but to book an Uber to Mt Cook, which was both very inconvenient and expensive—on top of the amount we had already paid for the tour. This experience was extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope this does not happen to anyone else in the future. I also hope Klook will take appropriate action regarding this matter.

It was a very bad experience. We only stopped for ten minutes at the attraction, but spent twenty minutes at a rest stop with shops. I am very dissatisfied with the entire process.

Extremely poor experience. The trip could not be completed on time, and the follow-up staff did not take the initiative to contact us. The tour fee has not been refunded to this day.
