We had an amazing day with our only Japanese speaking driver today. With our limited time in Tokyo we decided to book this to see as much as we could in one day. And trust me, it did not disappoint. Saved us so much valuable time and “running around aimlessly”. Car was clean & spacious. We were dropped off and had clear instructions where to be picked up and what time. We were able to communicate on WhatsApp throughout the day as well. No one in our party spoke Japanese but there were no issues with communication. Everything ran smoothly and as planned. You are able to change your itinerary but let them know as soon as possible where you want to go, so they can plan the route accordingly. Everything was confirmed 48 hours prior and we were in direct communication with our driver the night before we were picked up. We had the best experience with the tour team. Starting about two days before the d-day we were approaced by the representative of the tour company; Ms Bella. She personally texted us via whatssap to confirm the deeds of our plan. A day prior to the trip, we were introduced to our wonderful driver, Mr Zeng. A whatssap group was created to ease communication between us. You can plan your own travel-route and they will accomodate to your needs accordingly. Driving and punctuality wise, Mr Zeng was profesionally exceptional. All in all, a wonderful experience for me and my family.

the driver brought us to hotspot places such as the sensoji temple, tsukiji market, tokyo skytree, shibuya, meiji shrine and the imperial palace garden. overall it was a great experience visiting all these attractions as the driver provided us with insightful history behind the places of interests. we had alot of fun visiting these places as first timers - from the comforts of the car and having to visit many places in one day, we will be sure to engage them for the tour again!

We were a group of 7 travellers with 2 elderly and 2 young children, and had a fantastic ride with Ms Yang, who was not only punctual and polite, but also gave great suggestions for itineraries that really catered to our needs. She was also especially good with kids and talked to them patiently. I would highly recommend this booking for anyone coming to Tokyo!
