Hot springs temperature ranges between 36 and 41 Degree Celsius. Great view overseeing the lake rotorua and got a lot of nice photos taken with the amazing view! Clean and well maintained toilet despite looking older but it has all the basic amenities and staffs coming around from time to time to refill towels.

The local dialect is very convenient. It is in the beautiful Government Park. Outside the park is the Prince's Gate Hotel built in 1897. The park not far away is the best place to watch Lake Rotorua. Eat Street is nearby. That is to say, before and after bathing It is convenient for tourists to visit. There is a free parking space outside the door. There are several public baths in this place, but I recommend renting a deluxe lake view bath for two with a high degree of privacy. In addition to the bath, there are also shower equipment and changing facilities. Clothes, place. Free towel service is also provided. More economical than using public baths. A relaxing 30-minute bath facing Lake Rotorua is a real pleasure.

it was fun activity after a hike. the hot water soothes the body ache from the hike. the pools and shower area are clean. the staff are nice and helpful.

bought the deluxe version and way worth it! we saw the public pool from the lounge area and it was filled with people. we enjoyed the different hot pools and even the cold plunge pool! alternated and it felt so good to overlook the lake

The Polynesian Spa in Rotorua was a truly wonderful experience. There is a private pool and in the pavilion you can access 7 different pools. There is also a 1.3 metre deep pool, so you can have an amazing experience swimming in warm water.

A spa with a variety of hot springs and an excellent surrounding environment. The parking lot is spacious and there is a water fountain. However, it is a bit noisy because there are many Chinese people.

We had such a wonderful time at this hot spring. The atmosphere was peaceful, the water temperature was just right, and the surroundings made the experience even more special. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
