The welcome and overview of the ship was great. It was unfortunate that all we did was go back and forth in the bay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would have liked to see more than one person have a chance to steer the ship.

sadly we had to cancel because the weather forecast was so bad nz the weather actually was as forcasted. it was relatively easy to get a refund. r tucker Thompson team were great to communicate with. Klook requested evidence and photos of the weather etc.

Was a wonderful day. Crew are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them. Food was delicious. Highly recommend doing this.

Good to know

Passengers with collapsible wheelchairs can join these tours and cruises (except those with an island stopover). However, larger mobility scooters or motorised wheelchairs are difficult to accommodate. Please contact the operator for more information and to discuss your options
Certified service dogs can travel on the coaches when they’re assisting a passenger with a disability. The dog must wear an identification tag with the owner’s name, address and phone number and it must be controlled by a choker chain at all time
Please contact the operator before travel if you’re sight or hearing impaired so that the operator can let the driver or skipper and crew know
