Eiffel Tower Morning Tour and Seine River Cruise Experience

Dont booked this attarction. They cancel the Eiffel Tower tour at the day we meet for the Tour. we offered to take a partial package the seine cruises. And when we walk to the Seine River Crusie from the meeting point, we can see some people taking the elevator and being inside the Eiffel Tower (the guide say, Eiffel Tower was Closed that day) ...really very disappointing. we get the voucer from klook to refund separate this tour .

When we arrived, we discovered that there was no itinerary that day and no one was queuing up. Everyone was dumbfounded. The tour guide said he would refund the money and then left without proof of cancellation. So far, there has been no refund. I can only call the bank to apply for a payment stop on the disputed account. It is a very bad experience.
