ー Important Notes ー

• Vouchers can be viewed by logging into the Klook app/website, tapping "Bookings" from "Account," and selecting "View Voucher."
• Please note that you will not be able to use your voucher if you cannot present it to the local staff on the day of use via a smartphone or other device.
• The URL to display the voucher must be presented on a smartphone or other device with internet access. Please be aware that you may not be able to access it in places without a WiFi environment.
• When entering the facility, the facility staff needs to operate the electronic voucher. Please note that if you accidentally operate it yourself, the ticket will be invalidated and you will not be able to enter.
• After your booking is confirmed, we will send the final confirmation email 3 to 7 days before your departure date. If you do not receive the final confirmation email 3 days before your reservation date, please be sure to contact our customer service.
• If you would like to guarantee the tour for one person, please add the "One Person Guarantee Fee" option when making your reservation. Please note that the one-person guarantee does not mean a private tour.
• Please note that we charge a cancellation fee based on our policy from 10 days prior to the event, regardless of the reason (Applied during reception hours. After 5:00 PM will be treated as the next day).
• The event will be held rain or shine, but may be canceled in the event of severe weather. In that case, we will contact you up to 3 hours before the event.
• In case of cancellation, we will contact you up to 3 hours before the event, so please register contact information where we can reach you.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any travel expenses to the site if the event is canceled.
