Some attractions are directly accessible, but I'm not sure why we had to get off and walk a bit. The guides on both days were also very helpful!

[Regarding license plate and tour guide information] We will inform you of the meeting time, tour guide, and license plate information for the next day's itinerary via email by 9:00 PM Japan time the day before the trip. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If you still don't see it, please contact us promptly! If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
[Regarding luggage privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For any additional pieces, you can pay JPY 2,000/piece to the driver/guide on-site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
[Regarding driver/guide service] Driver-cum-guide service: exquisite small group of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: bus tour of 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day. The driver-cum-guide mainly focuses on driving and provides supplementary explanations.
[Regarding force majeure] Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may vary. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site. Please understand that fees cannot be refunded for this reason.
