It was convenient to buy the ticket via klook as it allowed us to enter the garden faster. They lend us lanterns with cool leaf designs to help illuminate our path. I think there’s more to explore but I didn’t see people going elsewhere aside from the 200-metre avenue lined w/ maple trees. I stayed for 1.5 hr.

Glad to be able to catch this event during our trip! What a magical night it was! Each group was given a lantern to walk around, weather was chilly that night, accompanied by mesmerising illuminated autumn leaves view at night! However there were no clear instructions as to which entrance gate to go (they have 3) so we ended up walking around the outer circle of the garden for about 40 more mins till we reach the gate.

Gate opens at 18:00 but you can line up starting at 17:00. No need to go on the opening time though advantage of going early is you would get a chance to bring one of the lanterns cause they run out fast. This was such an awesome experience. Seeing the autumn illumination was just worthwhile. Having the advance ticket will give you a smooth entrance.

We live in Higashi-Shinjuku area, and as soon as we finished eating delicious ramen that day, we walked to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden to watch the night light show🥰 The day and time we went was the first show, so there were a large number of locals and tourists queuing up. We made a reservation at 6:00 pm and arrived 10 minutes early. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, we finally entered the park😍 As soon as we entered the park, we received instructions from the staff and picked up lanterns that glowed in different colors and projected leaf patterns🏮This is free Props for taking photos with. In a dark environment, the glowing lanterns are like fireflies in the dark, super beautiful! 🤩 We admired the red leaves projected with colorful colors🍁With the soft music, the scenery was really unforgettable.

Very beautiful, really worth every baht. The queue to enter the event was not as large as expected. Go on a Friday night at 8:00 p.m. and you can get to work immediately. Warn friends about rental lamps. Please choose a bright place. (Some of them are already weak. (I don't take good photos.) The atmosphere was very good, the weather was good. It was the most impressive light and sound show of our lives.

I accidentally discovered this event in KK, so it became the end of my Tohoku trip. It is only about two train stops away from the hotel Shinjuku where I am staying. I saw a dense crowd of people moving around. Scan the QR Code and enter. At the venue, everyone can receive a lantern and hand it back when leaving. When you enter the venue, you can see lights on both sides, huge maple trees, colorful lanterns in the hands of cooperative people and beautiful music, which makes people feel like they are in a place.
