We got a message from the tour service provider Amigo Tours 1 day prior to the tour, advising us the tour must be rescheduled due to government restrictions and closure of the museum. So we went to the museum by ourselves in the same day and it’s not closed at all. Luckily, the platform Klook stepped in and issued a full refund after an investigation in a few days. Strongly not recommend this package to avoid a possible scam.
unscrupulous and dishonest. avoid amigo tours. shortly before the tour was supposed to begin, they messaged saying the tour was cancelled and offered an “upgrade” to a tour that was realistically worth half the price. afterwards they marked the activity as completed and send you on a wild goose chase between Klook to have it refunded. avoid at all costs
