- Persons with a disability handbook (certificate) may purchase. The original disability handbook with a valid expiration date must be presented at the venue for ticket verification.
- Each order is limited to 2 concession tickets (for the individual and one companion). The companion must enter with the individual for ticket verification. If no valid identification is presented, qualifications do not match, or the ticket is not for the individual, entry will be denied. If no identification is presented, the difference to the presale ticket price must be paid for entry.

#Ticket Type Description
* General admission tickets are only for entry to the music festival event.
- The Summer Festival Band Listening Towel can be collected at the "Spring Wave Merchandise Booth" at the event venue on 6/27-6/28 by presenting the orderer's identification (each order is limited to one collection, no partial collections). If the orderer cannot attend in person, please take a photo of the original orderer's identification for collection at the venue. If not collected within the two days of the event, it will be considered forfeited, and no delivery will be provided (ticket purchase is required to collect merchandise).
- If the towel is not collected by the orderer in person and is collected by another person, the orderer shall bear the risks and responsibilities.
- All tickets are limited. If sold out before the deadline, no additional tickets will be provided, so please purchase early.
#Children/Seniors Admission
* Ages 12 (inclusive) and above: Purchase general admission tickets.
- Children under 12 and individuals aged 65 and above are exempt from purchasing tickets.
- Each free admission audience member must be accompanied by at least 1 adult with a ticket. Please bring identification for verification, such as a health insurance card. Considering the overall volume may affect children and seniors, please use your discretion. Parents or guardians must supervise throughout the event, not allowing independent action, to avoid danger. In case of injury, harm to others, or property damage, parents or guardians will be responsible.
#Notes
* If tickets need to be transferred to a friend, please send the PDF file of the voucher to your friend. There is no need to contact customer service to change participant information. The PDF file of the voucher will be sent to your email upon order confirmation.
#Refund and Change Policy
* For refunds 10 days before the performance date, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the ticket price. No refunds are allowed within 10 days of the performance date.
- According to Article 6 "Refund and Exchange Mechanism" of the "Standardized Contract for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets" stipulated by the Ministry of Culture, there are 4 types of refund and exchange regulations. This event adopts Option 1: The time limit for consumers to request a refund or exchange is 10 days before the performance date stated on the ticket. However, if consumers purchase tickets before the deadline but receive them after the deadline, or do not receive them before the performance, they may still request a refund or exchange. KLOOK does not apply to this regulation because electronic vouchers can be received on the day of purchase; the refund or exchange request date is based on the "application submission date," and a 10% handling fee of the ticket face value will be charged for refunds.

Warm Reminder
- One ticket per person, admission by ticket. Please prepare your ticket (KLOOK voucher) to exchange for a wristband at the entrance. After admission, identification will be solely by wristband. Please wear your wristband throughout the event.
- Children aged 12 (inclusive) and above are charged adult fare. Children under 12 and individuals aged 65 and above are exempt from tickets.
- Ticket-exempt attendees must be accompanied by at least one adult ticket holder. Please bring identification for verification, such as a National Health Insurance card, and parents or guardians must supervise throughout the event.
- For programs unsuitable for children, children under 12 are prohibited from entering without adult accompaniment.
- Chewing betel nut, smoking, spitting, and making noise are prohibited in the venue to maintain quiet and cleanliness.
Ticketing Information
- This event is one ticket per person. Please exchange your ticket or e-ticket (QR CODE) for a wristband at the wristband exchange counter for admission. After admission, identification will be solely by wristband. Please wear your wristband throughout the event. It is strictly forbidden to remove, exchange, or resell it to others. If found without a purchased ticket, holding a non-current day ticket, or not wearing a wristband, a supplementary ticket will be charged at the original price.
- For those holding a two-day pass, only one two-day wristband will be issued on-site, limited to use by the same person and non-transferable. Please keep the wristband properly after the first day of the event. It is strictly forbidden to remove or cut it. For admission on the second day of the event, you must wear the two-day wristband for inspection by staff. If you are not wearing a wristband or the wristband cannot be identified on the second day of the event, the organizer reserves the right to immediately prohibit entry, and no reissuance, replacement, refund, or any form of compensation will be provided. Please purchase a new ticket for admission.
- Please keep tickets and admission wristbands carefully. In case of loss, damage, or inability to identify tickets, no reissuance will be provided, and no entry or reissuance of tickets can be requested with any other proof.
- The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity of music festival tickets purchased through unofficial channels.
- Audiences who purchase single-day tickets are requested to leave after the performance on June 27 (Saturday) and are not allowed to stay overnight at the event venue.
- The organizer has the right to prohibit any fake ticket holders from entering.
- Please do not purchase tickets from unknown sources. If fake tickets are found to be sold, the matter will be reported to the police for handling.
Prohibited Items
- Without the organizer's consent, professional photography and videography equipment, such as drones, are prohibited at this event. If behavior affecting others' viewing of the program persists after warning, staff have the right to request departure, and no refund will be given.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the area. If warnings are ignored, the organizer has the right to ask the person to leave the venue, and no refund will be given.
- This event prohibits carrying any type of firearms, knives, sticks, metal objects, glass containers, firecrackers, fireworks, and other dangerous items. To ensure on-site safety, personal belongings and vehicles must undergo security checks upon entry.
- This event strictly prohibits carrying, using, or trading any controlled substances. If found, the matter will be reported to the police for handling.
- This event prohibits carrying long-handled umbrellas (folding umbrellas are allowed). In case of rain, it is recommended to bring a raincoat.
- Due to venue restrictions and safety considerations, this event prohibits carrying items that cannot pass security checks, such as skateboards, scooters, roller skates, bicycles, remote control airplanes, remote control cars, kites, flagpoles, laser pointers (subject to on-site security check conditions).
- Only non-aggressive and harmless dogs and cats are allowed in the venue. Please keep them on a leash at all times, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up pet waste. If the above rules are violated, the organizer has the right to ask the pet owner to leave the event venue, and no refund will be given.
Event Information
- Do not drink if you are under 18. Do not drink and drive. If excessive drinking causes trouble to others and warnings are ignored, the organizer has the right to expel the person from the venue, and no refund will be given.
- This event prohibits drug use, excessive drinking, third-party damage, fighting, gambling, storing prohibited items, or other illegal activities. Violators will be reported to the police.
- This event prohibits throwing objects, climbing over isolation facilities, and any other dangerous behavior. If an accident occurs due to violation of on-site regulations, relevant responsibilities and compensation for losses will be pursued.
- This event prohibits arbitrary damage to environmental facilities and equipment. Violators will be charged for compensation at the original price.
- Without permission from others, please do not privately enter others' camping areas at this event.
- This event does not provide wheelchair and stroller rentals, but you can bring your own. Please assess your situation.
- Except for the organizer's official booths and contracted partners, audience members are not allowed to conduct transactions or distribute any promotional materials in the venue. The organizer may forcibly remove violators from the venue and no refund will be requested.
- For some artists at this event, photography and videography are not allowed. Please strictly abide by this rule. If violated, the organizer has the right to expel the person from the venue, and no refund will be given.
- Portrait Rights Usage Statement: The ticket purchaser agrees and authorizes the Spring Wave Music Festival event to photograph, use, modify, adapt, and publicly display the purchaser's portrait (including photos and video images, hereinafter referred to as "portrait"), name, voice, etc., in works taken at this event. The purchaser agrees that the Spring Wave Music Festival event has full copyright to the aforementioned works (including the authorized portrait, name, voice, etc.), and its affiliates, assignees, licensees, and successors may use the purchaser's portrait, name, voice, etc., in all forms of copyrighted carriers and media. The Spring Wave Music Festival may present all or part of the authorized content through various media channels or printing methods and may publish it publicly without further notice or consent from the purchaser, but must respect the purchaser's personal image when publicly published.
- If the organizer's on-site safety regulations are seriously violated or public safety is affected, the organizer has the right to refer the matter to the police, and no refund will be requested.
- In case of special circumstances outside the above regulations, the organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, and cancel this event. For unmentioned matters, please refer to the Spring Wave official social media (FB/IG) announcements, without further notice.
- In case of weather or unforeseen force majeure factors, the organizer reserves the right to adjust, respond, or terminate the content of this event and change the venue and artists at any time.
- Before purchasing tickets, please understand and agree to the above regulations. If you do not agree, please do not purchase to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages. It was so much fun, the organizers planned it carefully, and the program was also very good. It would be better if there were more food stalls on site. Even though there was a typhoon two days ago, the camping environment was well organized and the weather was pleasant. The planning of the parking spaces is very good. I had to wait for at least more than an hour when leaving, but there was nothing I could do. After all, there was only one way to leave.
The boardwalk stairs are a bit scary, and the platform is a bit slippery (moss) just after the weather. Although the organizer handled it very carefully for the Chunlang team 👍, when I left the venue, I also felt scared that there was no traffic control and I was afraid that a large group of people would collapse the stairs. Actually, there are a few pieces of wood that are a bit rotten.
Very comfortable venue, many great bands, great camping experience, tableware rental is environmentally friendly, everything is great! But banning outside food is very troublesome 🙂↕️
The music is great and enjoyable to listen to, but the food vendors are too densely spaced, and the traffic routes are poor and inconvenient. I hope the organizers of the 20th anniversary can improve it!
Buy a parking permit first. It is very friendly to people who come by car. After parking your car, you can walk directly into the venue, which is very convenient. There are also personnel on site to direct. The road signs are also very clear. Bringing your own eco-friendly tableware is highly recommended👍
It is divided into several areas, and there are many vendors replenishing food and drinks at any time. The downside is that there are so few drink options, causing them all to be concentrated on specific vendors. The crowd could not disperse.
Awesome music festival, the venue is very comfortable, and the weather is very good. The two-day tour group loved it, and the vendors at the back were also great.
