- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues

- You can top-up additional credits to this SIM. To check your remaining SIM card balance, you may refer to the instruction manual provided
- The SIM card can be topped up at any trueshop or 7-eleven outlet
- The sim card will valid at 23.59 from your activation date. e.g. If you activate the sim card on 1 January at 20:00, the sim card will valid on 8 January at 23:59
- After a provided internet speed is used up, the internet speed will drop to 384 kpbs at unlimited usage

Bought the 10 days 5G sim because the 7 days are sold out. The price is not much of a difference so I didn't mind. The Klook counter is on the same floor as meet and greet for private car transfer so it's convenient. The guy changed the SIM card for me. good service.

Purchased a physical SIM card from Klook and the experience was generally good. The pickup location was a bit far, but it was easy to find because the place was clearly visible. we arrived at Don Mueang airport and the pick up is outside. the staff is very accommodating and she inserted the sim on my behalf. i appreciate her for that! even we were at pattaya, the signal is so strong in any areas. i can truly vouch for this. get this sim now! big savings as well. i wasn't able to take a pic of the sim but here's Thailand in a glimpse.

Setup was very minimal. SIM was just plugged in by the Klook counter guy and everything worked immediately. Used it the full 10 days with someone else hotspotting off me and everything worked without any problems.
