Panglao Island Hopping by Southwest Tours

Although coastal conditions were moderate due to the enhanced Southwest Monsoon and the effects of Tropical Storm Domeng, our island-hopping tour was safe and enjoyable. Our heartfelt thanks to our boatmen and guides, Eric and Gabriel, for their kindness, patience, and exceptional assistance to our PWD daughter during boarding and disembarking. We also thank the people of Balicasag Island for their help and support—a true display of Filipino Bayanihan. The return trip to Panglao was challenging due to rough seas, but Eric and Gabriel remained calm, professional, and focused on our safety. Their skill and dedication gave us confidence throughout the journey. They even apologized for our delayed return, though the weather was beyond anyone's control. Seeing dolphins in their natural habitat was a wonderful bonus. The food at Balicasag was excellent, our snorkeling guides captured great memories, and swimming at the Virgin Island sandbar was a highlight. Highly recommended!

It seemed like a short distance to Balicasag Island, but it felt like we traveled for about an hour by boat. The motor on the small boat was incredibly loud 😱. When we arrived at the island, we had to pay extra for the GoPro and for fin usage. The driver's photography skills were also hit or miss. I was so envious when I saw the driver next to us creating angel rings underwater for their photos 👍. It was great to be able to see turtles!

The tour is amazing, we get to see dolphins at 7AM! We went straight ahead to Balicasag Island and saw turtles, marine life is breath taking. Last stop was Virgin Islands - equally beautiful. Entire experience was so worth it. Bring Water and sunscreen!

Beautiful excursion with a traditional boat, 2 hours at Balicasag for snorkeling and eating, then a short stop to swim at Virgin Island. Bring your own masks and snorkels for children aged 10 and under, as the provided equipment was too large. Also, bring water shoes because you have to walk in the water to reach the boat (more difficult with flip-flops).

everything went smoothly. drivers, van and boat, and the guides were all very nice. the food at Balicasag was good too and they were able to accommodate my food allergy. highly recommend this agency if you want a hassle-free tour. :)

We had an amazing island-hopping and snorkeling trip in the Philippines. 导游： Our local guide was very professional and patient. He took many beautiful photos and videos for us, even diving deep to take pictures of sea turtles. The only regret was we had no small change to give him a tip. It feels so sad after we find some change but can't find outlr guide. If you see this, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! We will definitely recommend you to all our friends. Napakaganda ng aming island-hopping at snorkeling adventure dito sa Pilipinas. Napaka-professional at mapagpasensya ng aming local guide. Marami siyang magagandang litrato at video ang kinuha para sa amin, kahit pa lumubog siya ng malalim para kunan ang mga pagong. Ang tanging hinanakit lang ay wala kaming maliit na pera para magbigay ng tip. Kung makita mo ito, maraming, maraming salamat mula sa puso! Tiyak naming irerekomenda ka sa lahat ng aming mga kaibigan.

scenic views on board: yes boat condition: okay but noisy safety: good they gave life jacket itinerary: too short because virgin island is still closed so they should charge a lower price

The tour driver arrived early and I didn't have to wait. Our boatmen were very friendly. I enjoyed the tour.

Best experience! Staffs and tour guides are very helpful, thoughful, and polite!! Always let them know if you're uncomfortable at something and they'll acknowledge it professionally.
