The Gourmet's Food and Wine Tour with Ananda Tours

Best wine your we have ever had and we have gone on many in different countries. Martin, our guide, was amazing and informative and friendly and the wine was ever better. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could.

The tour guide is very nice and talkative.

Tour was carried out by Anandas tour. Guide was friendly but the tour was pretty rushed. Visited 3 wineries and 1 olive mill. The lunch included was more like a charcuterie board rather than a proper lunch. Klook side screwed up badly as the voucher I purchased says that ferry ticket was included. Thank god I called the tour company before going and learnt that the ferry wasn’t included. Had a couple of chats with klook experience specialists before my trip but nothing was done to resolve the issue. In the end had to purchase my own ticket and seek a refund from klook (which they ultimately return but it wasn’t a pleasant process). Was very frustrated with the online chat function as there were no number to call.

This was a very good itinerary. The tour guide took everyone to different wineries for wine tasting. They also got to know the tourists who participated on the same day. Everyone had a great time drinking.

This was a wonderful tour. Stew was our guide and driver and he was a big part of why it was so enjoyable. The 4 wineries we visited and enjoyed tasting/food were well chosen. Small, boutique with passionate wine makers. Highly recommended.

I went to 4 wineries and was very satisfied. On the other hand, after going to 4 places, I think there was too little time to see the scenery other than wine tasting. Still, if I go to Auckland again, I will go on the Waiheke Wai Tour.
