the delivery of scooter was done at the hotel as to our requirement and condition of the vehicle was also good
I didn’t get my scooter because the merchant’s said they was full booked on the day. And they just say i must confirmed directly to klook, but the merchant’s didn’t respond klook until now. I didn’t get my money back too. Poor!
Company didn’t confirm anything. When I probed, I was passed back and forth to different agents. Eventually, the one agent handling my booking didn’t get back to me regarding my scooter booking I had to scramble on the very morning to make alternative plans. TLDR: Pls spend your money elsewhere!
