Surrounded by rivers, waterfalls and native birds, you will be transported to a world of peace. In other words, this is the ultimate alpine adventure that you can share with your guide.
Sit back and relax whilst you travel along the scenic road to Glenorchy and through Paradise to the Routeburn Track. Cross over the swing bridge and be immersed in nature. There are plenty of waterfalls to enjoy and lots of places to rest along the river. The trail is moderately paced, rising gradually towards stunning snow-capped peaks.
You can choose a relaxed half day hike or the more strenuous full day hike.

We hiked the Routeburn for about 4 hours round trip. We saw a lot of beautiful scenery, including rivers, grasslands, mountains, and cute birds, and it was very satisfying. The guide was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient because they picked us up from our hotel in Queenstown.
The walk was nice and the scenery was beautiful. But we were expecting more introductions about the nature, environmental and biological aspects of the tour.
The driver and tour leader, TH, was very friendly, introducing and chatting along the way, and giving us enough time to take pictures.
