Guangzhou Sunac Steigenberger Hotel

What a spectacular stay!!! we had an amazing time at the hotel. A special thanks to Michael and the rest of the staff for making our anniversary special. The room was spacious and clean. Both Dinner and Breakfast buffet were delicious. The skiing experience was phenomenal, so worth it.

As for the hotel, the service is attentive, the rooms are tidy, and Sister Manling at the front desk is polite and kind, which I really appreciate. As for Sunac Park, the facilities are relatively old, and many activities are not allowed for children under 110cm in height. Many activities are also at your own expense and the price is cheap, starting at $30. So if you don’t particularly like the park or don’t have enough time, you must go there. Instead, you can consider going to Sunac Maonei Sports World. Although you have to pay, the projects are more diversified. Finally, it’s worth mentioning my own Chinese restaurant. I ordered a meal for three to four people at Meituan for HK$400, including four stews, seven dishes and desserts. The original price was $1,400. Although it can be quite rich at $400 in the mainland, the price/performance ratio is still high, and the service in the Chinese restaurant is first-rate. Sister Meilan and Ruan Nan have friendly smiles, and it is a very enjoyable meal.

Great value experience, the hotel is new, comfortable, new and tidy. The supplies are also very fragrant, and the breakfast has many varieties and is delicious! Combined with Water World tickets, it’s convenient and fun! Add a 3-hour ski pass and it’s a perfect vacation😀The hotel swimming pool is not open🫢 but the location and Sunac are very convenient! Big recommendation! 🩵

Nice location, good maintenance of hotel, less variety of breakfast, lots of mosquito even at 5th floor balcony. The sunac park is poor maintenance, look age, my son don't enjoy it

We paid extra to upgrade the room, which was great. There are beautiful shadows and a terrace. The lobby is spacious, the waiters are polite, and the fitness room is well-equipped. Although the buffet breakfast food does not have many varieties, it is delicious. Because the swimming pool was under maintenance, we took a car to the swimming pool of the Jishan Hotel. The arrangement was really thoughtful. Overall it's very good

The hotel room is big enough, very comfortable and has a lake view. The buffet is also good. The most important thing is that it is very close to Sunac Snow World. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. There is also a lot of food in the mall. Children can also play in Sunac Snow World and Sunac Park. You have a lot of fun, it’s worth going again

The front desk staff will do their best to solve any problems guests may have. The hotel is approximately a 6-minute drive from Sunac Water World. Guests can also use the indoor swimming pool at Grand View Hotel, with golf cart transportation provided. Highly recommended.

Overall, it was pretty good. The most impressive thing was the young man outside the station. He would greet us when he saw us coming in and out. As soon as we stopped, he would come over and ask if we could help. 😅👍. The buffet breakfast had various styles and tasted good, and the ambient music was great. It's very relaxing👍The only drawback is that the pillow is very smelly. I smell a faint smell of sweat all the time when I sleep, and I can't sleep well all night (I have used a disposable hotel bed set, and I still smell it)🥺
