Worked great. Be sure that your hotel had WiFi as you will need it to activate. I had some trouble with it working at first and the email tech support was very good and fast to respond. fixed the problem right away

The good: Instant confrontation. Ordered two cards and both delivered to my hotel before I arrived. Customer service was responsive after a few hours. The bad: I uploaded my passport beforehand by that apparently didn’t activate the cards. Very complicated activation process. Expect to use the card next day not immediately. It was not clear how to activate. Once I tried every number I could find on the packets, the website asks for passport photo again and then nothing happens. No confirmation, no email, nothing. It’s just suppose to happen when they confirm it but you don’t know when. Support was able to finally confirm the card. Once the card is active quality is very poor. Both cards on separate phones in Beijing and Shanghai had the same issues. Cellular drops every few minutes often requiring a restart to use it again. Basic things like webpages with VPN or simple notifications had issues getting through without constant restarts
