A massive complex. We stayed (Mar 25) in the older 9 clouds block and there is a newer whiskey twin tower. The rooms are very large and service good. The spa is extensive with over 100 individual spa pools. Buffet breakfast extensive and mainly suited for an Asian palette. We didnt see any western guests, but I'm sure they are very welcome...tho language may be a problem. Worth a visit and the Klook price is very good.
The room was spacious enough, the air conditioning was strong, and the balcony had a drying rack – highly recommended! The hot spring entrance is right downstairs, which is very convenient. There's a generous supply of towels, slippers, and tea, and it was quite busy. The kids loved Maya Water Village the most, with its bubble pool, wave pool, and swimming pool.
