Departure Routes & Schedule

• 09:00 Passenger pick-up at Taichung Station (No. 202, Jianguo Road, Central District, Taichung City)
• 09:30 Passenger pick-up at Taichung Feng Chia (427 Fuxing Road, Xitun District, Taichung City)
• 10:00 Passenger pick-up at Taichung HSR Station (No. 8, Zhanqu 2nd Road, Wuri District, Taichung City)
• Depart for Cingjing (approximately 1.5 - 2 hours drive)
• 19:30 Shuttle service from various Cingjing guesthouses to the Dark Sky Park
• 21:30 Dark Sky Park stargazing tour concludes; return to the B&B.

The Following Day

• 12:00 Shuttle service from each B&B to various stations in Taichung - Taichung High Speed Rail Station - Taichung Fengjia - Taichung Train Station

• Please note: Detailed pickup information and driver contact details will be provided by the supplier one day prior to departure.
• Due to scheduling and traffic conditions, delays of approximately 30 minutes may occur. If there are no passengers at a particular pick-up point, the service time may also be adjusted forward by approximately 30 minutes. The pick-up time will be based on the confirmed service time from the day before. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.
• Due to the need to pick up passengers at various stops and the susceptibility to actual traffic conditions, the arrival time of the shared shuttle bus at the pick-up point may have a buffer of 15-20 minutes.
• Shared ride services offer pick-up or drop-off at B&Bs or visitor centers, limited to one drop-off location.
• The trip may be affected by weather and cloud cover on the day of the tour. The supplier will dispatch a professional driver-guide to the Dark Sky Park at 17:00 on the day of the activity to survey the weather conditions. If the weather is unfavorable and the trip cannot proceed, travelers will be notified at 18:00, and a full refund of the stargazing fee will be issued.
• We are unable to be responsible for accommodation costs if the stargazing activity is cancelled.
• Please provide a searchable messaging app ID, such as LINE. If we are unable to reach you via messaging app, we will notify you by email, so please be sure to check your inbox.
• Specific colors, car models, or vehicle types cannot be guaranteed. Please indicate the number of passengers on the reservation page. Service may be refused if the number of passengers does not match the reservation.
• Please ensure you have all your belongings when boarding and alighting the vehicle. The driver is not responsible for any lost items.
• Wheelchairs, non-collapsible strollers, and large sports equipment are not allowed.
• Please be sure to wait for the shuttle in the lobby of the B&B in advance. The vehicle will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after arrival. We regret that we cannot accept requests to modify, cancel, or refund the order due to lateness or no-show.
• We appreciate your understanding that food and drinks are not permitted in the vehicle.
• According to Taiwan traffic regulations, children aged 0-4 are required to use a car seat. If needed, please add one to your booking for 200 / seat. Children must also be included in the number of guests.
• In the event of traffic congestion, the actual pick-up time may be delayed by 15-20 minutes from the scheduled time. The driver and supplier customer service will contact you to inform you of any changes.
• Please note that the order of attractions on the route may be adjusted based on the departure or end point locations.
• Pets are not allowed in this event.
• The order of the itinerary is subject to reasonable adjustments due to local weather, traffic, and other factors.
• Please bring your own personal medications if you are feeling unwell, such as motion sickness medicine, cold medicine, insect repellent, etc.
• The Dark Sky Tour is a shared ride. If you need to end the tour early due to personal reasons, you will need to arrange for other transportation to leave. You are responsible for these costs and must pay the on-site fee for the unscheduled vehicle dispatch.
• The supplier reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or modification, the supplier will notify you one day in advance.
