  • Wheelchairs and strollers can only be accommodated in larger vehicles, specifically MPV and van

I must say I enjoyed the booking process from Klook app. it was very straight forward and easy . I booked a private car rental with driver (English speaking ) to visit some relative homes. However, when the driver arrived and found out that it was home visit, he was unhappy. What make matter worst was he cannot speak English . He told the hotel concierge that he was not inform of home visit by his company. He did complete his assignment grouchily .
