Once Upon A Thai Spa and Massage at Phrom Phong in Bangkok

booked for the traditional massage and while it was great, it felt like i had to endure the pain. but i think that was my bad as i opted for ‘hard’ pressure thinking i could handle it and was too shy to tell her. lol the masseuse was an old lady and she was really nice and accommodating. pre and post massage. love the complimentary ice cream (thai tea), hot tea, and warm compress after the massage.

I had a Thai massage with Thai herbal balm 90 min. Before the massage, you can choose the degree of massage hardness and which parts of the body you should pay special attention to. I liked the attentiveness of the masseuse, the cleanliness of the salon and the atmosphere. I will be happy to come back.

Great massage, did the 2 hours sky rain package - body scrub and hot oil massage . Really good . Nice staff , clean environment, good technique . Try and arrive 15 mins before treatment time and traffic area so leave area is taking car

Nice spa overall and had a great experience there. But quite limited slots available, as the original date and time was not available after I made the booking on my first day in Bangkok so I change it to the next day.

The store was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. I'm getting 1 massage a day, and I purposely booked a program with a scrub because I wanted to get a variety of treatments, but I think I chose it well. You have to climb the stairs to the 4th floor, but the footbath space and bathroom are on the middle floor, so it wasn't difficult because it felt like taking a short break (?). They let me choose between scrub salt and aroma oil, and the room condition was good. When I was scrubbing, the whole ceiling was lit up like stars floating, so it was so pretty and pleasant to see when I was lying down in the middle. I didn't do it intensively on the part I wanted, but it was rhythmic and uniform throughout, so I fell asleep in the middle. Even the ending tea and ice cream were delicious. When I asked for a taxi to go to the accommodation, he called me and even opened the door and held me when I came in and out. I'm going to get another Thai massage before going to the airport on the last day.

the location is good, about 7 mins walk from emquartier :) the therapist was gentle and skilled ! I liked how we had our own shower in the room too! Dyson hair dryer was provided fyi!! the coconut ice cream was tasty 😋

I stumbled upon this spa during my last trip to Bangkok and loved it so much that I decided to return. This time, I was again fortunate to have an excellent therapist, and the treatment was superb. While other spas have significantly increased their prices, this one still offers great value, and I hope they continue to do so. It's currently my favorite spa.

It's located within a 10-minute walk from the BTS station, and the environment is very clean and well-maintained. The whole experience was very comfortable. The massage therapist constantly checked if there was any discomfort. I even fell asleep at the end! There were also star lights on the ceiling, with very soft lighting. Unfortunately, the guests next door were a bit loud, which was a little disruptive. My friend had the Thai herbal massage, and they even gave her the unused herbal balm to take home, which I thought was great!

Highly recommend to all the travelers . The staff service so wonderful. Really release the my soul and the body pressure.
