Oriental Sails 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

It was a very pleasant trip, Halong Bay is beautiful. We initially booked this, and then a day before departure, we were informed that we had been upgraded to the Aqua Elegance Cruise, which was a fantastic ship. The itinerary went as planned, and it was truly a memorable experience. All the staff, from the pickup to the cruise, were excellent. You really should book it here; you won't regret it!

Everything was great. We were picked up from the hotel and dropped off back at the hotel in a very comfortable small bus. The transfer attendant was very attentive and was always in touch. The ship was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the guide was attentive. Everything was on time. I recommend it!

everything was amazing. Food was delicious and abundant. Everyone was so full after 7 course meal. They even made separate food for my 4 year old daughter and helped her throughout the whole experience. The excursions were superb. Few things to improve: AC were bit weak, waiter took away our glass when we ordered only one drink, . I ordered another one later, but I thought that was so unnecessary, and there were not enough chairs on the sundeck. Otherwise everything was perfect. Our guide was amazing, attentive and super kind. I recommend this cruise to everyone.

We had an amazing time with the Oriental Cruise! The activities were well planned and the food was really good too. The pick-up and drop-off from our hotel was seamless, and the tour operator Victor was really helpful and kept us updated on everything. The tour guide Alex was fantastic, friendly and helpful throughout! The rooms were clean and comfortable as well. I highly recommend booking this cruise if you're looking for a memorable Ha Long Bay trip.

The trip was great, if you are planning staying in Hanoi more than 3 days this a must do. People might think Itinerary for day tour and overnight is same why spend 4 times more for overnight trip but it is totally worth it. first and foremost you get to enjoy amazing stay in this Cruize along with hot tub , amazing night party watching the stars if you are lucky. second part is food, both lunch and dinner is fine dinting with 7 course meal which you will love it if you eat all sea food and meat variety. The service of the Cruize and tour guide support is outstanding, the transfers from and back to Hoi an is so see less ans smooth u won’t realise the number of sub contracting and people working in back end.

at 12 noon just left the port. arrived at the ship not long after lunch, after that headed to the cave and tiptop island, back to the ship not long after there was an event to make spring rolls and dinner, after dinner there was a squid fishing and karaoke event, tomorrow morning at 6 taichi event, not long after breakfast event, and headed to kayaking/bamboo boat after that back to the ship get ready and have lunch and the event is over (every meal is not allowed to bring drinks. drinks must be bought, the cheapest soft drink is 50,000 dong)

I originally wanted to book the cruise ship on this page, but the SST service staff contacted me and said that it was fully booked. I could choose to transfer to another cruise ship of the same level or cancel the reservation. Because I didn't want to make things too much trouble, I directly switched to a cruise ship of the same level. The travel agency also responded with the correct ordering information afterwards, and there were no problems with contact and communication. The itinerary itself was rich. We happened to be two groups (four people in each group). We visited Tiptop Island and limestone caves, and went boating the next day. The children had a lot of fun. It’s just that the weather is not very good and the temperature is quite low, but fortunately there is heating and hot water on the boat.

It is suitable for travelers who want to sleep on the cruise ship and visit the main attractions of Ha Long Bay. It is not suitable for those who want the experience on a high-end cruise ship.

Had an enjoyable experience on board the oriental sails cruise! Room and bath was clean and cosy, no complaints. Everything was smooth sailing, the agency contacted me beforehand to confirm the hotel pickup, the bus ride to halong was comfortable, and the guide was friendly and helpful! Food provided were tasty vietnamese dishes! (Drinks are sold separately) Water is provided in the rooms too. During peak season the main attractions (caves, titop island) were a little crowded but it's to be expected. Overall it was an enjoyable experience!
