We had a fantastic day with Robert as our guide. He had a well planned day, with a copy of the itinerary for all four of us, which made the kids feel included. Robert was very informative, explaining each area we visited with great local insights. The tour ran on time, with an easy meet up location right near our local accommodation. Akiko is a wonderful guide and person!! She showed us the famous spots of Tokyo but also small undervisited neighborhoods that were beautiful. Her English was excellent and she was patient and adaptable. recommend 100%

She helped my father and me figure out the trains for the rest of our trip and helped us configure our itinerary in a way that we could see the attractions we wanted. She was attentive throughout our tour to our likes and dislikes and based our tour in real time on those. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Our guide Asaka was very friendly. She showed us a lot of places, gave us recommendations for the best food stalls, and gave us information about Japanese culture and traditions. It was a wonderful trip. (The trip length was around 4 hours)

We had a great 1/2 day walking tour with Kay. Kay helped us navigate Tokyo's trains and subways and was very informative about the places we visited - Imperial Palace Gardens, Tokyo Station, Akihabara and Ginza. Highly recommend!
