What to expect
Whale watching in Okinawa is an amazing experience not to be missed in the winter! Every year from December to April, humpback whales visit the waters of the Kerama Islands in Okinawa to find food, mate, and raise their calves. During this period, the number of humpback whales in the Kerama waters can reach 300 to 500, and over 1,000 humpback whales have been individually identified. Because this place has become a gathering spot for them, the whale-watching success rate is as high as 98%!

Good to know
- Pregnant women and individuals who have been drinking alcohol are not allowed to participate in this tour. If discovered on-site, no refunds will be given, and your understanding is appreciated.
- Depending on the whale-watching conditions of the day, if whales are spotted early, we may return to port early. Please be aware of this.
- This tour is approximately a 3-hour cruise, but depending on where the whales are found, the return time may be advanced or delayed by 1 hour or more. We recommend allowing plenty of time for your schedule.
- For safety reasons, when sea conditions are poor, participation by children or elderly individuals may be declined. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Due to force majeure factors such as weather and sea conditions, the tour may be cancelled, and you will be notified by email the day before or on the day of the tour. Please keep this in mind.
- If the rain does not affect the safe navigation of the vessel, the tour will proceed as scheduled, even on rainy days. If guests choose to cancel the tour themselves due to rain, cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with regulations.
