I absolutely loved this experience and would highly recommend it. the staff we’re all extremely nice. Karen was the host I interacted with most and she was lovely. The food was delicious and our first hot pot experience. the boat is absolutely beautiful and decorated beautifully. they stopped in the middle of the trip and let us go on the roof to get pictures. if you have the chance to do this experience, please consider doing it.

A massive thank you to Ashley. It was so refreshing to have someone who was upbeat and fun. We aren’t big eaters so could have shared a pot of food between us. I felt rude wasting so much beautiful food. The entertainment was good with explanations given of the instruments being used and the songs sung. We were lucky enough to still have some cherry blossoms that had not totally fallen, stopping in front of the Tokyo Skytree for a photo. A pleasant evening.

the day was lovely, the boat beautiful and the entertainment was certainly entertaining! but this tour is advertised as a cherry blossom cruise - although there a multiple fake cherry blossoms adorning the inside of the boat, the cherry blossoms outside of the boat are hard to see and hard to photograph due to the shape and design of the boat. the other thing is that any photos you can get are backgrounded by a highway. food was lovely but it would be better to have some sort of western foods too - not everyone likes sushi

very nice experience and the food is tasty. we had beef and pork. the performance is amazing. they even offer for photography session at the end of shamisen performance. unfortunately no more Sakura but it's okay, we enjoyed the ride very much. *for those with seasick, you might want to consider neds prior to boarding

I really loved this tour! The guide was so lovely and friendly, and spoke Chinese. The shamisen player was also amazing!

I chose to go on the afternoon cruise. They provided snacks and water. The pink snacks were very delicious. The staff provided excellent service and were very entertaining. It was worth the money.

Our cruise was an excellent experience! The staff was incredibly considerate, and our host, Shelia, along with the rest of the crew, went above and beyond—graciously waiting for my family and me despite our late arrival. The tea ceremony was truly memorable, and the highlight of the cruise was the shamisen performance—interactive, engaging, and thoroughly entertaining.
