2D1N Pyeongchang Alpensia Ski Resort

We got contacted prior to pick up via WhatsApp for confirmation. You will be dropped off somewhere at the Resort but will be picked up at the Welcome Centre. Walk in and access the Welcome Centre from the back if you have luggages to drag as there are staircases from the front.

Such a nice place for staycation, we enjoyed our snow sled, the room was also nice. There were many resto and convenience stores.

The highlight of our Korea trip! I'm so grateful I booked through Klook. The tour bus arrived on time, and we were dropped off at the ski resort with plenty of freedom to explore. We arrived around 11 am, checked in our luggage, and killed time at Odaesan National Park since check-in wasn't until 3 pm. Our room was spacious with a stunning mountain ski view – absolutely breathtaking! We spent the next day skiing until 5 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Peter our driver and guide picked us up and was passionate about his interaction. Dropped us at our hotel (Holiday Inn) and was punctual for the next day pick up back to Seoul. Ski was great since there was not much people and was still snowing. Hotel room was big and spacious but only downside was that the hotel does not provide toothbrush. Overall, great experience

It was cold at -8 degree celsius when we were there. We are so lucky that it snowed the second day when we were taking the ski lessons. We had a lot of fun and learned how to ski and tried to take the ski lift and ski down the hill. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Bus ride was smooth and comfortable. Will come again next time :)

Is really fun in Pyeongchang and the hotels is good and transportation from Seoul to hotel in Pyeongchang is easy The package offered is good for us to enjoy the snow and playing the whole day without tiring My kids love this place much Thx klooks for this package Will come again with Klooks package

One of the memorable experiences we had as a family! I and my family have elders in our group so they can't ski. We just also found out that the ski lift is only one way (unlike in Japan that ypu can also use the gondola going down. So for our elders, they just worn the ski boots and took pictures haha

pick up from Lotte City Hotel Myeondong was seamless. a guide was present to welcome you and very caring to ask us to wait in the hotel lobby because it was freezing -4deg outside. took less than 3 hours to reach, arriving by 11am, too early as Holiday Inn only allowed 3pm check in. we roamed around, had lunch and went back to hotel reception. there was a queue, but was asked to give priority to what seemed to be a VIP for locals waiting list.. the list was not even shared before hand. rest of the stay was OK. heating in the room is centralized so cannot control temperature, but mostly bearable. package came with ski lift, ski rental. need to buy goggles at local shop or bring your own, helmets rental at KRW$5K is also not included. bus back to Seoul was good with guide to assist.

the shuttle bus arrived on time and send us to the resort safely! great experience!!
