• In the event of poor weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel this tour will be made at 18:00 local time 1 day before departure, and notifications will be sent via email at any time thereafter;
• Children under 6 years of age do not include meals;
• Itinerary order, duration of stay, and arrival times are for reference only and will be flexibly adjusted based on the day's weather, road conditions, and on-site situations. Actual arrangements are subject to the tour leader and on-site announcements. If some attractions cannot be visited or the itinerary is changed or canceled due to weather, traffic controls, road closures, or other force majeure factors, no refunds or fee reductions will be provided. The return arrival time may also be delayed due to traffic conditions; it is recommended not to arrange other plans for the evening of that day. If the itinerary is suspended due to force majeure factors, refunds for unfulfilled parts will be processed after deducting incurred expenses; additional expenses such as return transportation and accommodation must be borne by the travelers. • Each passenger is limited to 1 suitcase. The maximum dimensions for luggage that can be stored in the bus luggage compartment are a total length, width, and height not exceeding 120 cm. If customers have special specification luggage (such as golf clubs / baby strollers / snowboards / surfboards / wheelchairs / non-suitcase luggage, etc.), please indicate the item type, quantity, and dimensions in the remarks when booking. The bus company reserves the right to decide whether it can be accommodated.
• If you need to leave the tour midway, please inform us in advance when registering and sign a departure consent form with the tour leader or guide on the day of the activity. Passengers who leave the tour midway or fail to complete the entire itinerary will be deemed to have automatically waived the subsequent itinerary and related rights, and no fees will be refunded. All responsibilities for transportation arrangements, personal safety, and custody of valuables after leaving the tour shall be borne entirely by the passenger. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any losses or expenses incurred as a result. During free time, please pay attention to personal safety and the security of your valuables. Any accidents or losses resulting from failure to heed warnings shall be borne by the individual.
• Icebreaker boarding times may be adjusted based on reservations and on-site conditions; if the icebreaker is suspended on the day due to weather or sea conditions, you can still visit the "Okhotsk Tower" to view the drift ice. Thank you for your understanding.
• This itinerary allows ample time to fully enjoy Asahiyama Zoo, aiming to increase the opportunity to visit the winter-limited "Penguin Walk" event, but it does not guarantee that the Penguin Walk will be seen. Hokkaido's winter weather is changeable, and due to force majeure factors such as heavy snow, blizzards, highway closures, and traffic delays, it may result in failure to arrive at Asahiyama Zoo on time, thereby missing seasonal limited events such as the "Penguin Walk".
• This itinerary is a join-in tour for individual travelers. Guide services may be provided in multiple languages such as Chinese, English, and Japanese. We apologize that a single-language guide cannot be requested, and we appreciate your understanding. The guide arrangement is as follows: for groups of 10 or fewer, the driver will act as the guide and provide foreign language customer service communication assistance; for groups of 11 or more, a professional tour guide will be assigned to accompany the tour.
• When registering for 2 or more travelers, please select the "double room / triple room" option. Room types will be arranged based on the actual number of travelers registered. For example: When 3 travelers register, a triple room will be arranged.
• Infants under 2 years old on the day of the activity who do not occupy a seat or a bed may participate for free. Each adult is limited to bringing 1 eligible infant. If you are traveling with infants, please fill in the relevant information in the order remarks section. For toddlers aged 2–5 who do not occupy a bed, please purchase the child-priced ticket; if a bed is required, please purchase the adult-priced ticket. When booking, please first set the toddler's birth year to a year that meets the child qualification, and indicate the actual date of birth in the remarks section to facilitate subsequent processing. Breakfast for children aged 2–5 is generally provided free of charge, but the actual policy depends on each hotel; if any additional fees are required, please pay for them on-site. Travelers aged 12 and above are all charged at the adult price. Travelers under 18 years of age cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a traveler aged 18 or older to participate.
• It is recommended to wear cold-weather gear (below -10℃). The single-day drive is quite long, so please assess your physical condition before registering.

• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
