• Default is Sunshine Ski Resort, but it may be adjusted based on the ski resort's opening status and the number of people on the day.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers with them will be their guardian during the tour. Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) or above must be accompanied by at least one adult relative and sign a "Health Commitment Letter." We do not accept individuals with infectious diseases, a history of heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, mental illness, or pregnant women. We appreciate your understanding.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you provided when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or providing incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• Due to the significant impact of weather in Northeast China, in the event of snow leading to highway closures, the itinerary will be adjusted to round-trip rail transportation. The specific transportation methods and fee arrangements are as follows: Situation 1: Full two-way highway closure. You will need to make your own way to Harbin Station to take a train. Staff will meet tourists at Yabuli Railway Station to continue the group tour. At the end of the tour, staff will take tourists to Yabuli Railway Station, and tourists will take the train back to Harbin on their own, after which the tour will disband directly. 1. Ordinary train (3.5 hours): If arranged to take an ordinary train hard seat, the round-trip ticket costs will be borne by the travel agency. 2. Bullet train (1.5 hours): If arranged to take a bullet train second-class seat, you may entrust the travel agency to purchase it on your behalf. Tourists will bear the price difference between the bullet train second-class seat and the ordinary train hard seat, which will be collected uniformly on-site by the staff (estimated one-way price difference is 38.5 RMB/person, round-trip is 77 RMB/person). Special circumstances explanation: If the second-class tickets for the outbound journey are sold out, you will be upgraded to a first-class seat. Please make up the price difference between the first-class seat and the ordinary train separately (estimated one-way price difference is 83.5 RMB/person, round-trip is 167 RMB/person).
• Second scenario: One-way road closure. If the outbound road is closed: You need to make your own way to Harbin Station to take a train. Staff will meet tourists at Yabuli Railway Station to continue the group itinerary, and you will return by tour bus, disbanding at the designated location. If the return road is closed: Gather at the notified time for the outbound journey, travel by tour bus, and at the end of the itinerary, staff will take tourists to Yabuli Railway Station. Tourists will take a train back to Harbin on their own, and the tour will disband directly. 1. Regular train (3.5 hours): If arranged to take a regular train hard seat, the one-way ticket cost will be borne by the travel agency. 2. Bullet train (1.5 hours): If arranged to take a bullet train second-class seat, you may entrust the travel agency to purchase it on your behalf. Tourists will bear the price difference between the bullet train second-class seat and the regular train hard seat, which will be collected collectively on-site by staff (estimated one-way price difference is 38.5 RMB/person). Special circumstances explanation: If the outbound second-class train tickets are sold out, you will be upgraded to a first-class seat. Please make up the fare difference between the first-class seat and the regular train (estimated one-way price difference is 83.5 RMB/person).
• Passengers holding a passport or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan must provide a photo of the information page when purchasing bullet train tickets. After order confirmation, please send the order number and photos of the information pages of all travelers to the supplier's email address specified on the confirmation as soon as possible.
• The Yabuli + Snow Town three-day tour may be conducted as a one-day tour in Yabuli and a two-day tour in Snow Town (the guides and vehicles arranged for Yabuli and Snow Town are different).
• If you meet the current free admission policy of each scenic spot on the day and you belong to the free admission group for the scenic spot, the ticket refund will not be based on the listed price of the scenic spot. Instead, the refundable amount will be calculated and refunded according to the travel agency's group discount policy.
• Farm homestays are farm kang beds, generally for 4-6 people, with separate male and female accommodations. Guests of the same gender share a room. There are no disposable toiletries, so please bring your own.
• For single registrations, we will try our best to arrange for you to share a room with other travelers. If a shared room cannot be arranged, you will need to temporarily pay a single room supplement (the cost varies from approximately 150-600 depending on peak or off-peak travel seasons). If the traveler actively chooses not to share a room, they will also need to pay the single room supplement.
• When measuring children's height at the scenic spot, the standard is height with shoes on, not net height. Please pay attention when placing an order. If, upon arrival at the scenic spot, the on-site measurement exceeds the discount limit, a supplementary ticket will be required. Purchasing tickets on-site is a cumbersome process and will also affect the overall progress of the group tour. Your understanding is appreciated.
• There may be a wait for carpooling pick-up and drop-off, which will be arranged in order of priority. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the itinerary order is Yabuli + Snow Town, assuming smooth road conditions, you will arrive in Harbin around 17:00. If the itinerary order is Snow Town + Yabuli, you will arrive in Harbin around 19:00-20:00. The return time may be delayed due to weather conditions, so please do not book any other itineraries on the day of return.
• For group travel, please gather and return at the time agreed upon with the driver. If you are late due to personal reasons and miss the return vehicle, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• If you need airport pick-up/drop-off, you can add a vehicle.
• Yabuli hotel accommodation: Twin rooms are arranged by default, with 2 adults per room. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a single room supplement.
• Clothing: During winter tours in Northeast China, the temperatures in all cities visited are relatively low, ranging from 0℃ to -20℃, and in some places, it can reach below -30℃. The temperature difference between indoors and outdoors is significant, so clothing should be as loose as possible for easy layering. Due to the dry climate in the Northeast and the presence of heating indoors and in tour buses, it doesn't feel very cold. Generally, a down jacket, a sweater, and a pair of thermal pants are sufficient for most places, except for ski resorts. However, foot care is very important. It's best to have a pair of fur-lined boots with thick, non-slip soles, and the shoe size should be slightly larger to accommodate a cotton insole or thick socks for warmth. Also, wear soft, lightweight cold-weather gloves, a scarf, a cotton hat, or earmuffs. If you want to take beautiful and varied photos, you can prepare several hats of different colors and styles, or exchange them with companions. If you cannot buy them locally or find it inconvenient to carry them, you can also choose to purchase some good quality and inexpensive suitable items at the first city you arrive at in the Northeast, where there is a wider selection of materials and varieties.
• Alpine Skiing: Skiing is very exciting, but for beginners, if not well thought out, there are significant risks. Please fully consider your own situation and act within your capabilities. Skiing consumes a lot of physical strength, so it's best to eat some chocolate and replenish some water before skiing. Before skiing, warm up all joints in your body, such as doing stretching exercises for your arms and legs. When walking on ice and snow, your knees should be slightly bent and your body's center of gravity should lean forward, which makes it less likely to fall. Before skiing, you should first read the ski resort guide in detail, understand the relevant regulations and conditions, and learn basic techniques from an instructor. When skiing, you should follow the staff's guidance and not enter the mountain forests or advanced ski trails without authorization. Most of the skiing activities arranged in the itinerary are in the mountains, so tourists should pay attention to fire prevention and absolutely not smoke in the wild.
• Eye protection: In winter in the north, there is often heavy snow, and the reflection from the snow is strong. You need to wear sunglasses when going out to protect your eyes. You should prepare a pair of sunglasses to prevent the sunlight reflected from the snow from hurting your eyes.
• The sightseeing tour times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times, are for reference only. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the tour itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue, but will not bear the losses caused thereby. If additional expenses are incurred as a result, tourists are kindly requested to cover them themselves.
• There may be souvenir shops in some scenic spots and near stops along the route of this itinerary. Rest stops (water refilling points, toilets) and small shops along the way are not considered shopping establishments. Local residents selling souvenirs and local specialties are not services provided by our company. Please purchase with caution to avoid being deceived.
