• Rain in Southern Thailand is very unpredictable and can happen anytime, especially in monsoon season from May until December. Even if it rains, the tour is guaranteed to happen if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted. If we determine that conditions are unsafe, we will cancel and offer you to reschedule to another day or get a full refund

• Vegetarian and halal food option available for lunch—please let us know in advance
• Free pickup in Krabi Town or Khlong Muang is available between 1:10 PM and 1:20 PM and in Ao Nang between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM with a shared transfer. Exact pick up time depends on hotel location and will be shared after booking the tour via email. (No pick up in Railay possible)
