• The itinerary is for reference only. The duration of stay at each attraction, the order of attractions, and the tour ending time may be adjusted depending on the actual conditions on the day.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicle, except water. If the vehicle is soiled by vomiting, food, drinks, or bodily waste, a special cleaning fee starting from KRW 150,000 will be charged. Guests who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance.
• The driver will contact you between 12:00 and 18:00 on the day before departure. Please make sure to provide an accurate and reachable WhatsApp, WeChat, or KakaoTalk contact number when booking.
• Customer-requested cancellations made on the day before departure or on the departure date are non-refundable. If the tour cannot operate due to major natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, or tsunamis, cancellation and a full refund will be provided.
• Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The operator will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Travel insurance and personal accident insurance are not included in this tour. For your travel protection, guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance before departure. The operator is not responsible for personal accidents or related losses that are outside the operator’s responsibility.
• This tour involves extended travel time by vehicle. Please consider your health and physical condition carefully before booking.
• The D1 departure city and D2 ending city can be selected from Seoul or Busan. All guests under the same booking must use the same departure city and the same ending city. Please provide the exact pick-up and drop-off locations when booking.
• Your booking will be confirmed after room availability has been checked. If rooms are unavailable during peak season or the autumn foliage season, we will contact you to discuss an alternative available date.

• A passport is required at hotel check-in. The room deposit, minibar, room service, and any other personal incidental expenses are the guest’s responsibility.
• Breakfast at the hotel in Daegu is included. No refund will be provided if guests choose not to use the breakfast service for personal reasons.
• Infants and children must be included in the total number of guests when booking. If the number of guests in the selected option does not match the actual number of participants, the tour cannot proceed. Same-day cancellations or refunds due to this reason will not be accepted.
• Vehicle service is based on 11 hours per day. An overtime fee of KRW 30,000 per hour will apply if the service time is exceeded. Time spent at attractions, meal breaks, and waiting time requested by guests are included in the total vehicle service time. Any unused hours cannot be carried over or combined with the following day.
• Vehicle assignment is based on the total number of guests and luggage. Each guest may bring up to 1 piece of luggage. Strollers, wheelchairs, and other bulky items are each counted as 1 piece of luggage. Please provide the size and number of all luggage items when booking.
