• Please limit the weight of baggage to a maximum of 25 kg
• The driver / operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary

• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants don't follow the rules
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 1 hour(s) or more
