• Sagawa Art Museum and MITSUI OUTLET PARK Shiga Ryuo are either-or attractions, representing different itinerary options. If Sagawa Art Museum is chosen, MITSUI OUTLET PARK Shiga Ryuo will not be visited, and vice versa.
• 【Group Formation Notification】Minimum number of participants for group formation: 6 people. • 【Vehicle Model & Tour Leader Arrangement Description】Vehicle Model: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full tour services, without an additional tour leader. The driver/tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management. Upon arrival at attractions, please feel free to explore independently; for groups of 14 or more, a separate tour guide will be arranged; due to limited luggage storage space, each person may carry one standard-sized piece of luggage free of charge. Please be sure to check it promptly and also keep an eye on your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed; we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recently sent one.
• 【Meeting Time Requirements】Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As the itinerary operates on a shared car model, late arrivals cannot be waited for and no refunds will be issued. Please pay close attention to the stopover and meeting times at each attraction as requested by the tour leader. All expenses and related responsibilities incurred due to lateness will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
• 【Itinerary Time】The times marked in this itinerary are estimated times. Actual arrival and stay times at each attraction may be slightly adjusted due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic conditions and weather on the day. We appreciate your understanding.
• 【Instructions for Responding to Force Majeure】In the event of itinerary delays caused by force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, the tour leader will flexibly adjust the itinerary sequence on-site, or shorten or cancel the停留时间 (stay duration) at some attractions based on actual conditions, to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the trip. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time) whether to cancel the departure of this group, and notification will be sent via email at any time thereafter.

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
