A highly recommended driver
The driver treated us kindly.
Driver could not reach our pick up point even we already informed before 30 minutes we reach the restaurant nearby the drop off point of our hotel. He already late to our pick up point, and still need us to walk to other roadside, claiming it is only one way there which isn't our problem. This made us late for our 3 pax reservation for spa, our 1.5h spa has to be shorten into 1h. Not only that, the time we drop off at spa is 7:30pm, and we booked this driver for 10 hours, from 12pm to 10pm. He assumed us already finished the session and go back to his place Denpasar without notifying or discussing with us. So, we have no transport after the spa at 9pm, and we had to pay ourself again to get transport. We highly hope that we can get solution for this very irresponsible driver's attitude, and the consequences he caused.
I arrived late for the appointment. Although I was told it was due to traffic, all other Klook drivers arrived earlier than the scheduled time and waited for me. This driver didn't contact me in advance to say they would be late, and when I asked where they were, the response was that they were stuck in traffic and would be late.
