• Pets must not interfere with the driver or create unsafe driving conditions at any time. The customer is fully responsible for the pet’s behavior, hygiene, and supervision throughout the trip.
• Pets should be handled in a way that ensures safety during the trip. It is recommended to use a carrier, crate, leash, or harness whenever possible.
• The driver or operator may refuse to start or may terminate the trip if the pet poses a safety risk, behaves aggressively, or is unsuitable for transport.
• If the trip is refused or terminated due to unsafe pet behavior or violation of pet conditions, no refund will be provided.
• The vehicle must be kept in reasonable condition. Any excessive mess, damage, stains, or odor caused by the pet may incur additional charges.
• The operator is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, escape, or death of pets during the trip, except where required by applicable law.
