• In compliance with Japanese law, vehicles cannot operate for more than 10 hours. The tour guide may adjust the itinerary based on real-time conditions.
• Itinerary is subjected to traffic & weather condition.
• The duration of stay and the order of visits at each spot may change flexibly depending on the season and local conditions (weather, traffic) on the day of the tour.
• Please inform us if you will be bring along a baby stroller.
• Infant(0-2) is free of charge, no seat available.
• Many places in Japan still accept cash only, so please make sure to carry enough cash with you.
• As this is a group tour, the bus will depart on time without waiting for latecomers to respect the schedule of other guests. Please be punctual, as no refunds will be given for missed departures.
• Please note: As this is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you. We appreciate your understanding.
• Tours may be adjusted or cancelled due to severe weather for safety reasons. If cancelled before departure by the operator, a full refund will be provided. Once the tour has started, refunds may not be available for weather-related changes.
• Please note that cruise operations may vary based on weather conditions. If boarding is not possible,, will be provided Cape Ōgon as an alternative destination.
• Please ensure you select the cruise option when booking. If you do not select it or make a separate request in advance, on-site boarding may not be possible.
• An additional surcharge applies if you wish to take the Shakotan Blue Cruise, which can be paid in cash on-site. (Adult: 2,500yen / 5-12years old: 1,300yen / Free for under 5 years old)
