Cancellation policy

• 8 days or more prior to the scheduled departure: 100% refund.
• Between 7 and 4 days prior to the scheduled departure: 70% refund.
• Between 3 and 1 day prior to the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
• On the day of departure: No refunds or modifications will be accepted.

Redemption information

• 【Yulong Snow Mountain】The departure time for the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Glacier Cable Car is subject to reservation availability, and the itinerary order on the day will be adjusted accordingly based on actual conditions.If the Glacier Cable Car is closed, guests will be redirected to Baisha Ancient Town as an alternative.
