Ho Chi Minh City - Phan Thiet/ Mui Ne Bus and vice versa

I traveled very comfortably by limousine. I personally think I will always use it. I don't regret spending money at all. Even the chairs are massage chairs. Luckily, my girlfriend and I traveled alone, so we didn't realize how much time had passed.

it was quite nerve wrecking as the booking seems not confirmed after I edited my hotel pick up address. contact klook to help but all they do was just send an email to operator, and klook didn't get back to me until the event has passed. it was late the night before I decided to contact the operator through whatsapp myself after I found the contact number, it seem like they only had my initial booking pick up location which I indicated "tbd" not sure why the operator did not have the updated hotel address from Klook. I confirmed the address and timing with the operator. the next day it was supposed to be picked up at 1pm but the van came around 1.40pm. I didn't complain as I just want to get back to HCM. it's reasonable priced and easy transfer if you don't the issues I get. Aldo the van is comfortable with aircon but no charging station.

I thought I wouldn't be able to get on because my reservation was too tight, but although I had to sit separately from my group, I made it safely to my destination :) I made the reservation the evening before the trip, and I sat in seats 1 and 10, but seat 1 was next to the driver. ~~! It was a little uncomfortable the whole way because of the strong sunlight! Make a reservation in advance~~^^

Booked trip at 8am but the driver pick us up at 834am and we reached the destination as scheduled. Stop for toilet break after exit highway

The driver was kind and dropped me off comfortably in front of my accommodation, which was really nice. I got the driver's number and decided to call him when I went back.

Pickup was at the company office, drop off at our hotel doorstep. The ride had 1 official toilet stop towards the end of the ride. The two of us were the only passengers on the ride to mui ne in the bus.

They picked me up at the accommodation, the car was nice, it was clean, and overall it was good. What's disappointing is that I applied for a car after 1 o'clock, but they assigned me a 12 o'clock departure? I guess it's a system where they fill up empty seats... Still, it's much more comfortable than a sleeping bus. The price is the same as the local app.
