very easy to book. The agent will send you a reminder. The office in HCMC is near city centre and they will drop you off to the resort in Phan Thiet. The car was clean, they provided mineral water and wet wipes. We stopped at rest area for around 15 minutes. The only minus point was that the driver did not speak basic english, when we stopped at the rest area he did not anounce anything in english so we were a bit hesitant to explore, but overall it was an enjoyable service. Thank you!

I was so glad that I could move to Mui Ne so comfortably. Also, we stopped at a rest area for about 15 minutes in the middle of the trip, so I had time to have a cup of coffee and go to the bathroom. What's even better is that it was a limousine, so it was incredibly comfortable. Also, they take you to the accommodation you are staying at in Mui Ne. I recommend it if you want a comfortable trip to Mui Ne. There were other people there, so I couldn't take any pictures.

I had a comfortable ride from Ho Chi Minh City to Mui Ne. The Wi-Fi inside the van helped pass the time if you're not prone to motion sickness from looking at your phone ^^ There's wireless phone charging next to the seats, and also charging ports ~~~

3 people ride in a 9-seater vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with a mobile phone charging facility, air conditioning, and comfortable seats. It takes 4 and a half hours from Mui Ne Pandanus Resort to Ho Chi Minh Ben Thanh Office. There is a 15-minute break at a highway rest stop in the middle.

This travel agency demonstrates a clear disregard for customers’ time. Although it advertises the ability to select a specific reservation time, it routinely engages in overbooking and then instructs customers to change their schedule or cancel when no availability exists. This behavior is deceptive and misleading to consumers. Klook’s failure to properly manage and supervise its partner vendors allows such practices to continue, highlighting serious shortcomings in vendor oversight. Additionally, there is a lack of respect for basic punctuality. While minor delays of up to 30 minutes due to road conditions may be reasonable, this allowance is repeatedly abused. Schedules are routinely ignored without consequence, and no corrective action or accountability appears to be enforced. This conduct is unacceptable for a service that claims to provide confirmed reservations and reliable scheduling, and it significantly undermines consumer trust.

Both the company and the driver are extremely unfriendly. There was clearly no seat selection during booking, but upon boarding, I was told I had an assigned seat and had to sit there. They also arbitrarily adjusted and informed me of the time, so I ended up canceling the ride in Mui Ne and taking a Grab back to Ho Chi Minh City. I complained about the vehicle seating and reservation, but they didn't listen. When I asked to cancel, they refused, saying they couldn't refund the amount. After a long argument, I just got out of the car and called a Grab to return, which was a very unpleasant experience. I will never use Klook for transportation again, and especially not the Ben Thanh Tour bus.

Seriously, don't use this service. I had a reservation for 12:30 PM, and the driver was 40 minutes late. It wasn't because other people were delayed. We were the first ones he picked up. Usually, other companies contact you in advance, but there was no communication. I had the hotel call them. They crammed 9 adults and 2 children into a 9-seater van. It took a full hour to pick everyone up. This is my second time in Mui Ne, so I have a general idea of travel times, but we arrived 2 hours later than expected. We had to skip the swimming pool and one restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City.
