We had booked snorkeling and parasailing. Unfortunately, the weather was too bad, so the parasailing was canceled, and we received a refund within a few days.
The facilities are fun, and you get 1-2 photos for almost every activity. This is the only vendor at Sesoko Beach, so it's easy to find. However, after the group was created, there was no follow-up communication, so I'm not sure what the purpose of creating the group was.
On the positive side, the fantastic underwater views and safe system make it great for first-timers. The downside is that the Japanese instructor isn't very friendly. Even though they seem to understand English, they insist on repeating instructions in Japanese with an aggressive tone, expecting you to figure it out.
