Kyushu Mount Aso, Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine & Kurokawa Onsen Day Trip (Departing from Fukuoka/Kumamoto)

Amazing day trip to Mount Aso! Everything was perfectly organized with great planning and timing, we even managed to stay ahead of other tour groups, which made the experience feel much more relaxed and enjoyable. Our guide, Daisy Wu, was incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive. She made everyone feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the day. The itinerary was well balanced, allowing us to see beautiful spots without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour if you want a smooth, efficient, and memorable experience!

The shrine is beautiful, Mount Aso is also stunning, and the tour guide was thoughtful and enthusiastic. It was a very pleasant trip.

I participated in this tour alone as a Japanese person. I was very satisfied that I could book at the last minute, and solo sightseeing often involves a lot of wasted time due to self-navigation. This tour efficiently covered major attractions like Aso and Kurokawa Onsen. Our guide, Mr. Kong, was excellent at explaining things not only in Chinese but also in Japanese and English. Most of the participants were Chinese, so he often explained Japanese worship etiquette and history in Chinese (I used a translation app to understand the content). However, he also clearly explained key points in Japanese and English, so honestly, I just hoped to get around, but it turned out to be very satisfying. The driver was Japanese and drove very carefully, which, like the guide, left a very positive impression on me. It was a trip that showed me there are good tours even if they aren't specifically for Japanese people. There's nothing to worry about. I highly recommend it. Highly recommended! The itinerary was a bit packed but very well organized. We visited several attractions that would have been difficult to reach by public transport, which saved us a lot of travel time. A special shout-out to our guide, Yin! He was very attentive, thoughtful, and responsible, patiently introducing us to the sights, enthusiastically helping us with any issues, and even calling the hotel to arrange a pickup for us. We really liked him!

Excellent! The tour guide was lovely and kind, and even gave us a small gift at the end.

Our tour guide, Ada, was friendly and responsible. The itinerary was rich and the timing was reasonable, making it a great choice for those who don't want to drive themselves. The only downside was that the volcano crater was closed due to a helicopter accident in January.

The bus ride was not comfortable because it was very bumpy. The volcano is only visible from afar, which was quite disappointing. The stop in Kurokawa is too short; it's impossible to truly enjoy the onsens with such tight timing. It would be better to spend the night there.

The time spent at Kusasenri was too short. To have lunch, browse the gift shop, and enjoy the scenery, it felt like there wasn't enough time at all. I might have to skip lunch. I suggest removing the 15-minute stop at the second crater.

Visiting several famous attractions at once is very convenient with the tour bus. The scenery is beautiful, and the tour guide is enthusiastic and very friendly.
