Eligibility

Shuttle Bus Tickets

• Round trip full fare: Leyeh Service Area - Alishan
• Round-trip half-fare tickets: Seniors aged 65 or older with supporting documentation / Occupying children aged 3 to 6, children aged 7 to 12 with a height of 150 cm or less / Persons with easily identifiable physical disabilities or those with disability certificates, and 1 necessary companion.
• Free admission: 0-2 years old (children who do not occupy a seat)

Alishan National Forest Recreation Area Admission Ticket

• General admission: Passengers using public transportation/shuttle transfer vehicles who possess a ticket stub.
• Half-price tickets: Non-national students, holders of international student cards, and children (ages 7 to 12) / Military and police personnel with identification / Students: Holders of student IDs and children (ages 7 to 12) / Residents of the county (city) where the recreation area is located, with proof of residency / Bereaved family members receiving government compensation, with certification.
• Discounted tickets: Children (3 to 6 years old) / Seniors aged 65 or older with supporting documentation (born before March 1949) / Non-national seniors aged 65 or older with permanent residency permits.
• Free admission: Persons with easily identifiable physical disabilities or those with disability cards, and one essential companion / Children (0 to 2 years old), must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult / Outstanding volunteers holding a "Volunteer Service Honor Card" / Children under 12 years old on April 3-6.

Traffic Control Hours

• Saturdays, Sundays, and consecutive holidays, from 06:00 to 11:00 AM
• Control Dates: 3/14-3/15, 3/21-3/22, 3/28-3/29, 4/3-4/6
• Control Area: Traffic control will be implemented from the 66k marker at the bottom of the lake to the 88.2k marker at the Alishan National Forest Recreation Area on Provincial Highway 18.

Shuttle Bus Boarding Information

• The first return shuttle bus departs at 12:00 PM, and the last bus departs at 4:40 PM. Buses depart every 20-30 minutes, or when full.
• We recommend boarding as early as possible to avoid the last bus being full.
• Return tickets are bearer instruments and must be presented to board the bus. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
