What to expect

Queenstown's only European-style bathhouse — a phone-free sanctuary in the heart of town, just 400m from the lakefront.

Move through ten immersive spaces at your own pace: hot and cold pools, Finnish sauna with fireplace, infrared saunas, and scented steam room. Alternate between 38°C warmth and 12°C cold plunge for the full contrast therapy circuit.

Every session includes unlimited cotton towels, Sans[ceuticals] body and hair products, Dyson styling tools, premium teas, and chilled water. Nothing extra to pay, nothing to bring but swimwear.

The ideal way to end any Queenstown day — whether you’ve been on the slopes, the trails, or the wineries. Walk in from the centre of town. Walk out restored. 60-minute and 90-minute sessions available. Open 8am–10:30pm, 7 days.
