I went on a trip to Queenstown last week! I booked a cruise to see more of the wonderful Queenstown, but the weather suddenly got bad and the cruise was impossible. However, it was not possible, so I went to Klook to refund the ticket that had already been paid for, and kindly advised me how to do it, and the final refund was made sooner than expected. It was nice that it was handled! For overseas travel, of course, Klook is the way to go!!!

You can exchange your ticket directly at the pier and board the boat, which is very convenient. The view from the upper deck is better, but it's very windy and cold. Fortunately, blankets are provided on board.
It was a 90-minute cruise around Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown. I took it in the morning and the sun wasn't too hot, which was nice. You need long-sleeved clothes. It was a calm and beautiful experience with good value for money. It was convenient to book in advance on Klook.
The cruise was pleasant and filled with scenic views of nature, mountains as well as the magnificent Lake Wakatipu. The guides gave good explanations about the places as we pass by them and make efforts to check-in with us if things are good throughout the journey.
the captain was jovial and friendly, he narrated interesting stories and anecdotes as we cruised along the scenic Lake Wakatipu. A great way to spend a relaxing evening at the lake. Highly recommended
