Sernia was an amazing tour guide! Weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji but we enjoyed the rest of the activities we did. Serina made sure to give us ample time at each attraction given that’s it’s pretty packed but never did I ever feel rushed. There was no pressure or obligation to buy anything. She gave great recommendations at each area.
This tour allows you to visit two major attractions in one day: Hakone (pirate ship + torii gate on the lake + Owakudani) and Kawaguchiko (Chureito Pagoda + convenience store). The itinerary is very well-planned, and our guide, Serina, was incredibly attentive. In addition to providing introductions to each attraction in advance on the bus, she also sent supplementary photos via WhatsApp and reconfirmed meeting times, ensuring everyone understood all the key details for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
