This day trip is quite an experience and lots of fun. enjoy the activities and the timing is just nice. it came with VIP access hence after the river rafting, get to shower at the VIP lounge with free drinks and snacks, free bath towel.
Seamless and wonderful experience. 罗师傅 our driver is very friendly, drives safely and our journey was pleasant. He helped us with our ticket redemption. Gulong Gorge is beautiful especially near the waterfall. We were there on a Monday and hence it wasn't too crowded and no queue was required. Cliff coaster is fun and we enjoyed ourselves.
Driver tends to change lane. Place scenery not bad but we got bitten by mosquitoes 😅 Overall ok
Very wonderful experienced. Our service was clean i was expecting a Big van but anyway our Driver Mr Wu was very nice and formal. He helped us if we have questions, he did not leave us not until we are settled. He gave us all our tickets and told us what to do. Our travel was smooth Very highly recommended.

the driver and tour guide were excellent! she was informative and educational. she gave us snacks and prizes when we answered questions correctly. the views were beautiful. the slide and cart were so much fun. definitely worth going.

we are a family of four (2 adults and 2 boys) and we enjoyed our day trip to gulong gorge. Tour guide Zeng Ting 曾婷 was patient and helpful. she helped us to take photos during the whole tour. driver 神哥 was friendly and was alert while driving. so important when you are traveling with kids. they even recommended a nice place for us to eat. thanks!
Mr Wu remains patient even though we were stuck with the jam for 3 hours. Appreciate his recommendations on places to visit and food as well. The Gulong gorge is a big place and we spent about 3 hours just to walk around the area without participate in any activities. Overall it was an enjoyable tour.
Good to know
- The number of participants for large group tours fluctuates significantly, and the success rate of forming a group is uncertain. There is still a possibility that a group may not be formed close to the departure date. Please be aware of the risk of changes.
- The tour guide for large group tours will explain and communicate in Chinese throughout the trip. Tourists who cannot communicate in Chinese should carefully consider participating in a large group tour.
- Due to the large number of participants in large group tours, please follow the itinerary for sightseeing and cooperate with the tour guide's work.
- Foreign tourists: If you participate in a large group tour, please have a Chinese mainland mobile phone number to receive timely notifications from the team leader and driver. The large group tour itinerary only provides Chinese service. Please carefully consider participating in a large group tour based on your own situation.
- Foreign tourists: If you do not have a Chinese mainland mobile phone number, please contact customer service one day before departure and provide a WeChat QR code screenshot to add customer service WeChat. Other contact methods are not supported for now.
- Foreign tourists: If you participate in a large group tour and miss the departure or return assembly due to not checking WeChat message reminders in time, resulting in being unable to join the group, you will be responsible for the consequences.
- The tour guide for large group tours will notify guests of the meeting time and place around 19:00 the day before departure. On the day of departure, tourists need to arrive at the meeting place at least 20 minutes in advance. If you are late and miss the itinerary, no refund will be given, and you will be responsible for the consequences.
- The exclusive private car package does not include a tour guide; the driver will provide simple explanations and can assist with ticket purchases. If you need a tour guide service, please choose a package that includes a tour guide according to your needs.
- The driver will communicate with you using translation software or WeChat translation. Please note that the driver serves as both driver and guide but cannot accompany you for sightseeing or provide guided tours. You will be informed of the itinerary and pick-up/drop-off locations via WeChat.
- Group tours involve carpooling along the way, with fixed pick-up and drop-off points, not a one-on-one private car service. Pick-ups and drop-offs for the same route will be in order, and requests for individual route changes will not be accepted.
- The driver will communicate in English when necessary, but only simple English using mobile translation software or WeChat translation.
- If you choose to include a Chinese or English tour guide, the guide will accompany you throughout the scenic area.
- Small carpooling groups require a minimum of 2 people to form a group; bus carpooling requires a minimum of 1 person to book.
- Tickets for attractions are purchased under real names. On the day of departure, you must bring your valid passport or original ID card.
- Seniors aged 65 and above should participate in large group tours based on their health condition. They must be accompanied by family members or friends and sign a "Health Certificate" and a "Waiver of Liability." We cannot accommodate seniors aged 75 and above.
- Tourists' actual experience of the travel agency's group reception will be based on the "Tourist Feedback Form" filled out locally. Please fill it out carefully and truthfully, as it will serve as the basis for our agency's quality of group reception and handling of complaints.
