Other contact methods are not supported at this time. 🔹Exclusive car-chartering packages do not include a tour guide. The driver can provide brief explanations and assist with ticket purchase; if you need tour guide services, please purchase a package that includes a guide. 🔹Drivers can communicate via translation software and can only speak simple English. Drivers do not accompany visitors into the park for sightseeing, do not provide guided tours inside the scenic area, and the itinerary arrangements and pick-up/drop-off locations will be notified via WeChat. 🔹Group tours involve shared carpooling along the route and fixed pick-up and drop-off points, not one-on-one private cars. Pick-ups and drop-offs are conducted in order along the same route, and temporary route change requests are not accepted. 🔹Small-group tours require a minimum of 2 people to book. 🔹Attractions implement real-name ticket purchasing. Be sure to bring your original passport / ID card on the day of the tour. 🔹Seniors aged 65 and above participating in the tour must assess their own health status, must be accompanied by relatives or friends, and must sign a “Health Certificate” and “Waiver of Liability”; Individuals aged 75 and above will not be accepted. 🔹High-altitude and mountain racing projects (Glass Skywalk, Cliff Racing, Canyon Racing): People with acrophobia, hypertension, heart disease, vertigo, etc., should participate with caution; follow the on-site staff’s instructions while playing, and comply with the project’s weight and age limits. 🔹Rafting project: This is a high-drop water project. Pregnant women, people under the influence of alcohol, heart disease, hypertension, and lumbar spine disease patients are strictly prohibited from participating; children under 1.2 meters and seniors exceeding the scenic area’s specified age cannot participate in rafting. Life vests and helmets must be worn throughout the entire rafting trip, hold tightly to the handrails at rapid spots, and standing or getting out of the boat without authorization is strictly prohibited. 🔹Outfit suggestions: Please bring a full set of spare clothes and towels for rafting, and it is recommended to wear anti-slip creek-tracing shoes (flip-flops are easily washed away); use a reliable waterproof mobile phone pouch, and prepare a cord for your glasses if you wear them. Flat shoes are recommended for high-altitude projects. 🔹Scenic area projects are affected by weather, water levels, and equipment maintenance. In case of severe weather such as heavy rain or strong winds, some projects will be temporarily suspended or closed, subject to the on-site notice of the scenic area. 🔹During holidays and peak tourism seasons, the scenic area experiences large crowds, and long waiting queues may occur for various attractions. Please reasonably plan your play time and remain patient. 🔹VIP Rafting Ticket: Exclusive fast-track lane for rafting, reducing the waiting time for the rafting project; ⚠️ During peak seasons with large crowds, VIPs may still need to wait, and it cannot be guaranteed that you will completely avoid lines.
