Mandy is a responsible and friendly tour guide. We had a very nice day with excellent luck throughout. The Lake Ashi cruise was wonderful, Hakone Shrine wasn't too crowded, and the torii gate made for great photos! In the evening, we arrived in Atami and secured a parking spot very close to the exit, allowing us to leave quickly after the fireworks display. Arriving in Atami early also helped us get a fantastic viewing spot.

The itinerary was great, especially the beautiful fireworks and the boat ride. I had researched traveling from Tokyo on my own, and the transportation costs alone would have been expensive, so joining a tour was much more cost-effective. Both the guide and the driver were very polite. The only minor drawback was not receiving a contact email the night before, which made me anxious and rush to find the guide in the morning. That was a bit frustrating.

If traffic control is implemented for the fireworks festival, the day’s itinerary and times will be adjusted. Your understanding is appreciated. The fireworks festival is crowded; it is not recommended for the elderly, young children, pregnant women, etc., to participate in the itinerary.
If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required for a group, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
